Application
Conservative coating machine are used to sugar coat tablets, pills, etc in for an array of industry such as confectionery industry, edible nuts or seeds. They are also used for rolling and heating beans and Pharmaceutical propose Food and others.

The invention is to be filled inside with the pan. Through the rotation of motion, coating material is sprayed by spraying preparation according to the technical development and rational industrial process. So method of materials (product) is coated due to gyratory pan. The coating round pot is rotate with different speed. While hot air is supplied through inbuilt Hot air blower arrangement which dries quickly (heating or cooling) and time after time thus forming a solid and smooth surface.

1. Pan: semi ellipsoidal size pan is SS 316 with a circular mouth for charge & discharge of tablets Pan mounted at a proclivity of 45 degrees to the straight.
2. Drive Assembly: Consists of an appropriate 1 HP 3 Phase, 440 V, and 1440-RPM TEFC motor with apposite worm decrease gearbox and cone pulley structure to give three-speed output.
3. Hot Air Blower: The unit is providing with a hot air blower consisting of appropriate HP 3 Phase 440 V, 2880-RPM TEFC electric motor & centrifugal blower with constraint delivering necessary CFM. The air is heated by way of suitable electric heater to give air at 30 to 90 degrees Heater with thermostat control and flexible hose pipe.
4. Control Panel: Unit provide with appropriate control panel with starters and push button to activate the drive and for blower The circuits consists of MCCBs, relays and contractor in series Ample overload guard is provided by the MCCB and the relay Wires imminent out of the connections are numbered for simple recognition
5. Mounting: The motor and gearbox is mounted inside sturdy MS frame and the pan mounted on the Gearing housing fixed in the stand. Blower mounted by the side of the stand or located in remote location if necessary.
6. Finish: All joints argon Arc welded and all SS Parts polished to appropriate completed necessary of pharmaceutical equipment MS parts painted to smooth finish.

DESCRIPTION & MOC:

PAN: Perforated cylindrical pan with conical frustums at both ends. The front frustum is provided with a manhole sized mouth for loading/unloading of tablets and cleaning of pan. The rear frustum is provided with a welded pad for mounting the drive shaft. The two conical frustums are also provided with 3 nos. each bolted, removable baffles.

DRIVE: The pan is provided with a mechanically variable speed drive arrangement through a motor, gear box and spurs drive assembly. The variable speed is achieved through a cone pulley arrangement the pan is mounted on sturdy Plummer blocks at the back, in cantilever fashion. Motors and electrical will be TEFC non exproof construction (Exproof can be offered as an option), suitable for 3 phase , 410 volts, 50 Hz. (Optionally other specifications can be supplied )

HOT AIR SYSTEM:

This system consists of a

• Inlet filter assembly, 2 stage with 5 & 15 microns, (3 Stage filtration including HEPA can be offered as an option)
• Centrifugal Blower suitably designed with 2800 RPM motor and dynamically balanced fan. Details of capacity as per table.
• Heating assembly either through electrical heaters or steam coil. Heaters are controlled through sensors fixed in the duct line ( inlet or outlet ) or inside the tablet bed.
• 2 Dampers , one auto controlled for open & close positions , second manually controlled for varying the quantity of air.

Air plenum covering a part of the top right hand side of the pan, through which air is supplied to the pan.

EXHAUST AIR SYSTEM

The system consists of

• Outlet Coarse filter. (2 stage with 5 & 15 microns, or 3 Stage filtration including HEPA can be offered as an option, scrubber option is also possible)
• Centrifugal Blower suitably designed with 2800 RPM motor and dynamically balanced fan. Details of capacity as per table.
• 2 Dampers, one auto controlled for open & close positions , second manually controlled for varying the quantity of air.

Air plenum covering the bottom left hand side of the pan, through which air is sucked out of the pan.

MOUNTING

The pan is mounted on a sturdy MS channel frame work. The mounting is built into two parts.

• The lower part house the drive assembly.
• The top is completely sealed and enclosed for negative air pressure.
• The top is completed constructed in SS.
• The top cabinet is provided with two side doors for access to the pan and plenums for cleaning.
• The bottom of the pan is provided with a sink and drain for cleaning of the pan.
• The Front is provided with an air tight window for viewing the process.
• Blowers are mounted inside the cabinet at the bottom or can be remotely mounted outside the room. Ducting between blowers and main unit to be in client’s scope.

Electrical panel and peristaltic pump mounted separately by the side of the machine.

CONTROL SYSTEM

The control system consists of

• Electrical logic circuit for on/off of the motors, pneumatic controls , heater controls and logic control of the sequence.
• Pneumatic controls for the on/off of spraying sequence.
• PLC control, integrating the electrical and pneumatic circuit with timer and logic based sequence.

• Air pressure interlock with spray system
• Heater interlock with blower
